At the annual mobility conference “emove 360°” taking place in Munich Easelink presented for the first time the automated conductive charging solution Matrix Charging® within a BMW model. With this technology the company also was an award finalist for the category “Charging & Energy”.
From 16th to the 17th October over 1000 attendees and 240 exhibitors came together at eMove 360° which is the world’s leading trade fair within the international automotive industry when it comes to sustainable mobility solutions and technologies for the car of tomorrow. The main role of Easelink and its automated charging solution “Matrix Charging” is already evident: setting a standard for automated conductive charging of electric vehicles.
At emove 360° Easelink presented these advantages of Matrix Charging® in an extremely dynamic BMW model. Even before the technology was presented, the development attracted international attention in specialist circles, also from an economic point of view. The main reason for the big curiosity and interest is the fact that the two components of the charging system, Matrix Charging® Pad and Matrix Charging® Connector, are blatantly cheaper than existing technologies and those expected on the market in the future. “Matrix Charging enables us to achieve mass suitability – our technology is therefore applicable in all automotive segments. This means that it can be integrated as standard in any vehicle and on any parking space worldwide,” says Hermann Stockinger, founder and managing director of Easelink.

The high-tech company cooperates with numerous automobile manufacturers under the strictest secrecy agreements. “Particularly exciting is the high level of participation in “eMove360°” from China this year. We were also able to establish close ties with a premium manufacturer in China and have equipped a concept car with our technology and presented it to a wide audience. The willingness to invest in innovative technologies is definitely there,” says Hermann Stockinger.
